TEACHING GOAL

To produce competent and professional artists who have mastered the fundamental basics and most advanced techniques of painting, drawing and composition.

TEACHING AIM

  1. To lay a proper foundation in the lives of the individual student and encourage them to reach a competent professional level as an artist.
  2. To help each individual student to identify and develop into their own individual style, and to express them selves artistically, confidently and professionally.
  3. To help students identify technical weakness and overcome them.
  4. To help students identify technical strengths and improve on them.
  5. To enable each individual student to find the right medium and techniques to expressive themselves in their own unique individual style.
  6. To help each student articulate and develop their own individual and personal vision for their artistic life and profession.
  7. To ensure that each student has mastered the basic techniques before progressing onto mastering more advanced painting and drawing techinques.
  8. To ensure that through-out the course, each student receives unlimited, and un-divided individual attention and personal instruction.
  9. To encourage students to produce a portfolio of professional paintings and publicly exhibit their work.
