FOUNDATION YEAR PROGRAM
One-Year (Foundation) Program:
The One-Year program is the first year of the Three-Year program and is the Foundation Year in one's professional art education. This course provides the students with highly individual and customised training in small student groups. Our professors are top-notch experts who will meet you on your level of preparation and your artistic background. The sequence of learning unfolds from drawing and painting basic geometrical figures, then still-life, then casts and finally leading to portraiture. This program enables a student to gain the necessary applied knowledge in order to begin building their portfolio.

The student is accepted to the One-Year Program regardless of level or artistic experience. Our unique teaching approach focused on applied knowledge and individual training in small groups enables the student to progress quickly.

Additional Information
*Winter and Summer Intake Intensive programs are a One-Year program in a shifted and also shorter time frame, but they are more intense. During certain months, apart from normal daily classes, the student takes 3 evening classes per week included in the curriculum. The number of academic hours equals to the One-Year program starting in October.
All subjects are taught in English.
We encourage students to meet tuition payment deadlines. However, applications entering past the deadline will be considered as long as space is available. An additional charge will be applied to the "Late enrollment" tuition payments.
Full-time students (enrolled in a program of a minimum length of one year are entitled to 50 % discount for any workshop or evening course.
