Sergey Kurbatsky

Commission artist, collaborator, painting instructor, the art history teacher.

 

Sergei Kurbatsky was born in Leningrad in 1971. 
1992 enrolled at Repin's Academy Painting department. Studied in the studio of Fomin, Kichko, Zagoneka. 

1998 graduated from the Repin Academy. Thesis project: "Russian Province". 

1999 joined the St. Petersburg Union of Artists 

Throughout his artistic career, Sergei is actively participating in exhibitions, collaborating with galleries in Russia, Germany, USA, Japan, and France.

 

Since 2006 he has been teaching at the Institute of Technology and Design in St. Petersburg.

 

Since 2016 till present, he is a visiting instructor and collaborator with Florence Classical Arts Academy
