ENROLLMENT STEPS

LONG-TERM PROGRAMS

 

1. Leave your official online application here: ONLINE APPLICATION 

 

2. Send your portfolio directly to admissions@artac.org. The Board of Professors reviews your works and the Admissions Office gets back to you in regards to your acceptance in the following working week. 

 

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS: 

The images of 4 to 8 of your artworks must be placed in one PDF file, indicating under each slide: technique, size, and the name. The art pieces should be preferably created in the last 12 months. The student's artworks are to be reviewed and estimated by the Board of Professors to define one's level of preparation. However, the portfolio is used to get acquainted with the future student and it does not influence one's acceptance (unless for application for Master Program or advanced courses). We accept students with a various level of preparation. 

 

3. Once accepted, confirm your enrollment by paying a registration fee in the next 15 days to secure your place on the program. Inquire bank information by email. 

 

4. Send us the scan of your main passport page.

 

5. Fill out the Privacy Payer form with your details. If the person paying for you is someone else, please fill one form for you and one for that person/organisation.

 

6. Pay the tuition fees according to the deadlines. Please note that following the "Early Bird" deadline, allows you to pay less tuition. 

 

WORKSHOPS

 

1. Leave your official online application here: ONLINE APPLICATION

 

2. Send us the scan of your main passport page directly to admissions@artac.org.

 

3. Fill out the Privacy Payer form with your details. If the person paying for you is someone else, please fill one form for you and one for that person/organisation.

 

4. Pay tuition fees. The deadline is 15 days prior to the starting day of the course. 

We advise paying earlier than the offered deadline since the places are limited. If at the moment of your application there are no more available spots, please inquire information about the upcoming workshops. 

 

EVENING COURSES

 

1. Leave your official online application here:  ONLINE APPLICATION

 

2. Send us the scan of your main passport page directly to admissions@artac.org.

 

3. Fill out the Privacy Payer form with your details. If the person paying for you is someone else, please fill one form for you and one for that person/organisation.

 

4. Pay the tuition fees directly at the Administration Office or by bank transfer. 

All tuition payments are non-refundable and must be received by bank transfer.
