The city is on the banks of the Arno, between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian seas. Florence provides a stimulating and inspiring context for study and exploration because the remnants of the past are everywhere and you will see the evidence of modern day Florence in the street cafes, bars, local markets and artisans workshops. Our studios and accommodation are located at Via delle Panche 140, 50141, Firenze, Italy, which is still in the city of Florence but away from the crowded tourist areas. You will have the opportunity to study in a beautiful villa that was built by the Bargiani family, a building which is dating from the 19th century. Our Administrative staff has considerable experience dealing with students from all over the world, so there is always someone that can help you with anything needed.

The Florence Classical Arts Academy is based in the Via delle Panche 140, 50141, Firenze, Italy

The Art academy provide accommodation directly at the campus on the third floor of the main building of the Academy.

The students can choose from two different options: 

 

1. Place in a double room: 

Monthly rent: 490 euro 

VIP access to studio space included 

Monthly utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet): 70 euro 

Monthly cleaning fee: 60 euro 

Monthly condominium service (garbage): 40 euro 

*VIP access to studio space means access at early morning, late evenings and weekends when it is closed for others. 

Total: 660 euro 

 

2. Private single room 

Monthly rent: 580 euro 

VIP access to studio space included 

Monthly utilities: 140 euro 

Monthly cleaning fee: 60 euro 

Monthly condominium service (garbage): 40 euro 

*VIP access to studio space means access at early morning, late evenings and weekends when it is closed for others. 

Total: 820 eco 

Private rooms have kings size bed and very large wardrobe. All rooms are very spacious and light. 

The bathrooms and kitchens are to share with other students. The rental contract is signed for one academic year for full-time students (from 24th of September till 24th of June). This contract is registered with Agenzia delle Entrate di Firenze (department of immigration of Florence). The cost of contract registry is subtracted from the deposit amount and is shared between the tenant and the landlord (50 % to 50 %).

 

How to book your accommodation:

Pay a minimum of a refundable deposit and first-month rent to book a room for one academic year. 

For a private single room: 580 euro deposit and 820 euro rent first month 

For the place in a double room: 490 euro deposit and 660 euro rent first month.

Short-term students may as well inquire to stay at the student dorm, as long as there are rooms available. 

Daily rental fee per person - 35 euro,

Daily rental fee for two people in one room - 55 euro.
