Professional History
From 2009 to 2023, Nadia Molugova served as Director of the Florence Classical Arts Academy (FCAA), developing it into an internationally recognized institution of classical fine arts.
Today she continues her role as Founder, Academic Supervisor, and Instructor at FCAA, overseeing the academic structure of the Academy and teaching in its online and workshop programs.
Nadia has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Russia, Ukraine, USA, China, and across Europe. She regularly participates in prestigious international art events such as the International Biennales and the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.
She has extensive teaching experience in Graphic Design, Painting, Drawing, and Composition, acquired over several years of academic work.
Nadia is the creator of the academic study program at the Florence Classical Arts Academy, as well as its online learning program, which has attracted students from all over the world. She has also developed multiple educational formats, including the professional hybrid program at YWAM (University of the Nations), combining traditional and modern approaches to art education.
Her painting project in Cortina d’Ampezzo received the support of the Italian Olympic Cultural Committee (Comitato Culturale Olimpico Italiano), which has led to a series of upcoming solo exhibitions in Norway and Italy. She also works on commissioned paintings, including major projects for 4- and 5-star hotels, delivering custom collections tailored to the hospitality sector.
