Accommodation guide 2023/2024

 

The Florence Classical Arts Academy offers a limited number of housing solutions to its students both on campus and in student apartments in Florence. 

We encourage students to inquire about the availability of the rooms as soon as possible after completing the enrollment process

Private single room with shared bathroom and kitchen:

Monthly rent: 580 euro 

Monthly utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet) 140 euro 

Monthly cleaning fee: 60 euro 

Monthly condominium service (garbage): 40 euro 

Total: 820 euro

Private rooms have kings size bed and very large wardrobe. All rooms are very spacious and light. 
The bathrooms and kitchens are to share with other students. The rental contract is signed for one academic year for full-time students (from 1st of September till 30th of June). 

 

How to book your accommodation:

Pay a housing deposit (equals to one month rent amount) and first month's rent to book a room for one academic year. 

580 euro deposit and 820 euro rent first month.

Workshop students may as well inquire to access student housing, as long as there are rooms available. 

Daily rental fee per person - 35 euro,

Daily rental fee for two people in one room - 55 euro.

Cancellation/refund policy
When the rental period starts, upon arrival of the student, the accommodation agreement is signed. According to it, the student is taking the commitment of paying rent until the end of the rental term. Cancellation is only available with 4 months notice.
